errmmm...gonna have to conduct a coursein ampang today...its gonna be a 5 days course till friday and then there's a conference on monday till wed next week....goshh.. i really need a break...just made a promise to myself not to eat so much of cheese cake and stuff this time during the course...i'm putting on weight in a very unhealthy way...catch u guys later...
