Errmm.....just came back after organizing a course for Medical Officers and Family Health Specialist in Ampang...I also gave a lecture to them on the 2nd day...it wasnt that bad but I can better next time I guess...I'm still having stage fright....its always been my problem...I'm not very fond of mic and stage...it scares the hell out of me...I'm just not natural at it I guess...that's y i need some time to adjust to thewho situation...usually i'm only gonna be ok after 15 mins talking ...bad huh?? Anyway its good that i meet lots of ppl nowadays...plus i managed not to eat that much this time...hehehh....
