Rock The World V

Went to RTW V concert on saturday at stadium merdeka with 2 frenzz...basically we're justdysfunctional old rock fans now i guess...the reason i said that...well when i look around...it's all young kids (at least younger than us)there...last year's concert, there're 8 of us..now it's only 3...i guess ppl do move on...especially when u have a decent job!!hehhee...*sigh...suddenly feelin like an old fart still tryin to have fun...(tho i know there's nuthin wrong with goin to gigs)hell i hope i'm still goin to rock gigs even when i'm 35 and have kids!!...
Anyway, RTW V is kinda boring...last year's edition was better...the reasons...not that many bands playing and only a few notable/heavyweight acts...only a few bands managed to blast the speakers and get the fans into the mosh pit...great bands like Republic of Brickfields (we're all dancing and singing to the 'No woman no cry'), Root and Boots (oii oi!!) Love Me Butch (damn, Syahrul's voice is powerful!!) and One Buck Short...others...ok la if not under par...
tho i kinda enjoy 'pogo'ing and headbangin that day (my body still ache)...we end up goin back as early as 8.30 pm....x larat...coz started feelin bored...ohh...i got a traffic ticket for parking at the side the road (damn that parking guy for saying it's ok to park there!!)...kinda a letdown this year....yo jason LO...do make better next year....coz it sucks this year!!!

p/s: the crowd was fun tho..there's no short of anythin...skinhead, mohawk, dreadlocks, leather jackets, shredded jeans, metal studs, piercings etc... and i even spotted a guy wearing a kilt...damn cool!!
